When I first came online I had this idea that if I could make 100 websites that each earned $1 a day I could scale that and create passive income for years to come. It didn?t quite work out that way. But, although my ideas of passive income have changed, I am still working towards the kind of income that doesn?t actively need me to work on it all the time. Here?s how?
1) I Create Products
I think creating products is the single best way to create passive income. By creating a product that doesn?t need new effort put in each time you sell it, you are opening up the possibilities for more passive income in your business.
In my case, I have my PLR store, my Kindle book (that should be?books plural but I?m a bit behind on that), and some information products. Other possible examples would be workshops/ courses, fixed term membership sites etc.?An active blog is not enough ? you need something to sell.
2) I Promote Recurring Affiliate Programs
I still earn commissions on some affiliate programs I promoted a long time ago. Some favourites are recurring PLR membership sites and ongoing services like Aweber.
I really want to increase my income in this area. Yes, it takes work ? but so does all ?passive income? 
I am planning to get more organized when it comes to my email marketing, planning in promos of very targeted products that I have personally used and know will be a good fit for my specific lists.
3) I Outsource
Lastly, this is something that doesn?t bring money in, but it certainly makes my earnings more hands off! By outsourcing more and more of my business, I?m ensuring it can continue even when I take time off. Not only will I still have money coming in, but I can be creating new products without constantly having to work on it myself! This works especially well for my PLR store.
