AG Coakley files suits against wedding photog

BOSTON (WHDH) -- State Attorney General Martha Coakley filed a lawsuit against the wedding photographer who is accused of not delivering wedding videos.

Jesse Clark refused to answer questions about the claims last year and ran away from 7News cameras.

He is accused of orchestrating and engaging in unfair or deceptive conduct.

Couples said Clark charged them for wedding videos but produced nothing.

Coakley said she received at least 84 complaints totaling more than $75,000.

"They have not made any effort to act in good faith or act in accordance with Massachusetts law,? said Mass. Attorney General, Martha Coakley.

"We'd like to eventually show our future children our first dance. I'd love to see my wife walk down that aisle again and I just hope eventually we can get our wedding video back,? said Ryan Baldner, one of Jesse Clark?s alleged victims.

If you think you lost money by using his photography studio, you should contact the attorney general's office.
